My Story

Healing has always been my inner calling—something I felt deeply connected to from an early age. What began as a curiosity about the human body, emotions, and the subtle layers of well-being has grown into a purposeful path in Craniosacral Therapy and Bach Flower Remedies.

After completing my formal training at the Sri Sri School of Healing Arts, I had the privilege of learning from some of the most respected mentors in the field, including Bawa, Dinesh Bhaiya, and Amber Kelly, whose expertise in fascia unwinding and mother-baby care deeply shaped my approach. Further studies with Gabrielle Fendrich in meridian work and brain integration expanded my understanding of holistic healing.

In parallel, I trained in Bach Flower Therapy at the Bach Centre in the UK, discovering a gentle yet transformative method to restore emotional and energetic balance.

Nature, music, and animals—especially dogs—are my grounding forces. Playing the guitar and singing remind me of the joy and simplicity that true wellness brings. This same joy is what I hope to share through my work: helping you feel more at ease, more connected, and more whole.

In every session, I strive to offer a calm, supportive space where your body and mind can safely return to balance and your own healing wisdom can rise to the surface.

My Approach

My approach to healing is gentle, intuitive, and deeply holistic. I believe that the body holds profound wisdom—it knows how to heal when given the right space and support. Craniosacral Therapy and Bach Flower Remedies work in harmony to release stored tension, restore balance, and reconnect you with your inner state of well-being.

  • Craniosacral Therapy works through light touch, allowing the body to unwind at its own pace, releasing deep-seated tension and emotional patterns.

  • Bach Flower Remedies support emotional healing by gently shifting negative states into balance, working on a vibrational level to restore harmony.

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I listen to the whole person—your story, your experiences, and your energy. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, offering a compassionate, safe space for healing and transformation. Whether you're seeking relief from stress, trauma, emotional imbalances, or simply a sense of calm, my approach is to support your journey with care, presence, and intuitive understanding.

Healing is not about fixing—it’s about remembering your body’s innate ability to restore itself. My role is simply to guide you back to that place of balance.
